This is a body of eminent persons who operate as the organ responsible for policy matters, organizations direction and other concerns relative to the smooth operation of PAYOWI in its entirety. The Board is made up of all founding members and past executive directors. This body shall meet twice every year. Emergency meetings shall be called by the chairperson of the Board of Directors when the need arises to discuss issues relevant to the wellbeing of the organization. Generally their responsibilities are tied to governance, leadership and stewardship. 

Paramount is led by a team of committed professionals and volunteers
